Terms of Service

By accessing or using gongfu.club, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

gongfu.club is a minimalist tea journal that allows you to log one tea per day. The service includes the ability to create tea entries, view your calendar history, and optionally share your entries with the community.

The core service is free. We may offer premium features in the future, which will be clearly identified and optional.

To use gongfu.club, you must create an account using Google authentication or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One account per person—creating multiple accounts to circumvent the one-tea-per-day limit violates these terms.

“User Content” means any tea entries, notes, or other content you submit to gongfu.club.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your public entries on gongfu.club and in promotional materials.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. Don't post anything illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

gongfu.club enforces a limit of one tea entry per day. This is a core feature, not a bug. Attempting to circumvent this limit through technical means or multiple accounts violates these terms and may result in account termination.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Scrape or collect user data without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

The gongfu.club name, logo (●), design, and original content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

gongfu.club is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We don't guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the service.

Tea recommendations and information shared by other users are not professional advice. We're a journaling tool, not a tea expert or health advisor.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gongfu.club and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or through a prominent notice on the site.

Your continued use of gongfu.club after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
